Should you need to contact DaisyZoo, email us at zookeeper@daisyzoo.com or call us on 01565 631 512. Our office hours are 9am to 5pm.

If we are unable to take your call please leave a message on the Zoo Keepers answerphone with your contact details and we will return your call within 24 hours.

Payment by cheque

We are more than happy to take payment by cheque. Add the items to your basket as nornal and at Stage 5 of the checkout process you will see a "Send payment by cheque" button. This will allow you to print out your order to send to us with your payment.

Payment on Account for Businesses

If you would like to set up an account with DaisyZoo simply call us on 01565 631 512 or email zookeeper@daisyzoo.com with your request. With your account you will get an automatic 10% Discount on all orders. Payment can either be made via credit card or by invoice. Our payment terms are 30 days from reciept of order.
