DELIVERY
We only offer recorded first class service usually delivered
within 1-3 working days. This must be signed for on delivery.
If you require next day delivery we will be happy to oblige,
just give us a call on 01565 631 512.
You may choose to have your gift box delivered
to any address Worldwide.
On STAGE 3 of the checkout process you can choose to have
the gift sent either to your own address or to another address.
If the country you wish to send your gift to is not available
in the drop down selection then unfortunately we cannot ship
to this country.
PAYMENT
Payment may be made online. We accept all major credit and
debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo and Maestro).
All transactions are processed using Protx, the UKs leading
secure on-line payment system.
Alternatively, we are more than happy to take payment by cheque.
Add the items to your basket as normal and at Stage 5 of the
checkout process you will see a "Send payment by cheque"
button. This will allow you to print out your order to send
to us with your payment.

A BIT ABOUT PROTX
Protx provides very high levels of internet and physical security
to ensure sensitive information is never compromised. Credit/debit
card details are secured within 128-bit encrypted sessions.
This information is stored on a heavily encrypted database
that is protected by multiple government approved firewalls.
In plain English – this site is secure and your credit
card details can not be obtained by any other party. We chose
to use Protx payment system as it is an approved payment provider
for Barclaycard Merchant Services.
GIFT WRAPPING
Gift boxes and multiple items are wrapped in crisp tissue
paper, finished with our very own Daisyzoo label and then
placed in our luxury embossed ivory boxes (orders over £25 are sent out in a gift box). Smaller individual
items will be hand wrapped in tissue paper. A DaisyZoo gift
tag with your personal message will be placed inside every
gift.
PRIVACY POLICY
DaisyZoo is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected.
Should we ask you to provide certain information by which
you can be identified when using this website, then you can
be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this
privacy statement.
From time to time, we may also use your information to contact
you for market research purposes. We may contact you by email
or phone. We may use the information to customise the website
according to your interests.

However, once you have used these links to leave our site,

RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
We hope that you will love your DaisyZoo gift but if for any
reason you are not entirely satisfied, we will be happy to
give a refund. We ask that you return your purchase complete
with all items originally received, along with proof of purchase,
within 7 days in its original condition stating the reason
for returning it. A full refund will be given including postage
costs. We recommend that you return your gift via a guaranteed
service as you will be liable for its contents until it is
received by Daisyzoo.
Should you wish to cancel your order please
call us immediately on 01565 631 512. The order will be cancelled
as long as the goods have not been dispatched.
FAULTY GOODS
All of our gifts are quality checked. However in the unlikely
event that they are found to be faulty or damaged in transit,
please return them to us within 30 days of purchase, and we
will gladly exchange or refund them. Please keep proof of
postage for any items returned.
OUT OF STOCK
We hope to ensure that all products are available however
on the rare occasion that this may not be the case, alternatives
will be provided that are of the same or higher quality/value
as described on this website. All products remain the property
of DaisyZoo until payment has been received in full.
